The Irish Love Enrique Iglesias

Today, we headed out west, driving through the countryside.

Eventually, we came to the Burren - rocky, windy, rugged and all limestone.  The kids hiked around a bit.

Next, we went to the Aillwee cave - a two million year old cave.  Violet wasn’t sure at first because she thought there were lions inside.

Hayden thought it was really cool.  They also had a birds of prey sanctuary thing and we happened to walk by just when they were going to fly the birds.  Hayden and Violet volunteered and got to hold the hawks.

From there, we drove to the Cliffs of Moher.

It may be hard to tell in the photo, but these are some big cliffs.  If you look at the top of the next picture, you can see the people at the very top.

A very long day with a lot of driving, but it was great to see so much of the country.  Tomorrow, we are going to see a few more sights relatively close to home and take it a bit easier.  And the big news in Ireland today - Enrique Iglesias is partying in Dublin after his show tonight.  That is just about all they talked about on the radio here today.  And now the show is over and everyone is debating about whether he was fantastic or horrible.
